I am such a slacker! I have not blogged since JULY! That is un-acceptable. I have so much to tell. The most exciting thing that is going on in my life is that I AM GOING TO HAVE A BABY!! James and I will become parents sometime around July 3rd to a precious little baby girl. We have named her Piper Lane Powers. We are beyond excited about the changes that are going to take place in our lives in just a little over 3 months.............HOLY COW!! That is just around the corner. I guess I know what I am getting for my 2nd anniversary (a baby). I could not ask for anything more!!! My BFF taryn had baby Cutter in October and I am so excited that our kids will get to grow up together. They will have so much fun, but I am pretty sure we will be the ones having the fun :-) I do not have a computer at my house so that is why I have not blogged in forever. I have already been instructed by Taryn (on more than one occasion), that I need to get a computer so I can keep people updated on Sweet little Piper. Not sure if that is going to happen. I kinda like not having a computer. Guess we will see. I am sure she will be all over Facebook though so if you want to see her I guess you should probably tune in over there. I think I have rambled on long enough. Guess I will probably log back on in about 3 months :-)

Why in the WORLD would you ever make a ride like this?? I cannot even look at it without getting nauseous (sp)and sweating :-(

If you ever decide to invent a device for the GOLIATH that goes over my shoulders and straps me in I might give you another chance. I gave you a chance that one time remember?? You failed me with your little bitty LAP thingy! Like that is gonna hole these hips in that seat!!! Thank goodness I had the hubby and the BFF on the sides of me so I could hold on to there little rinky dink lap belts :-) I mean look at the people in this picture. They are barely even in their seats after the 90,000 foot drop they just went down.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for putting this ride in the park. It is my FAVORITE ride at 6 flags!!! Shoulder straps and feet straps!!! What more could I ask for?!?!?!

Oh and while we are at it, could you PLEASE install a Dress Code policy please?? Just tell the visitors that if they spen all day picking the clothes out of various crevices of their bodies that they probably should not be wearing that in your park!

Since I have been married for 12 months now I thought I would go ahead and write 12 reasons why I am SO glad I married James and why, 2nd to being baptized, it was the BEST decision I have EVER made.

1.) He is my VERY best friend
2.) He makes me laugh harder than ANYONE I know
3.) He is so handsome
4.) He is going to help me get to HEAVEN
5.) He does not fight/argue with me
6.) He LOVES my family
7.) He is SUCH a good dad to our Dogs :-)
8.) He will be and EXCELLENT dad when the Lord decides to bless us with Children!
9.) He loves me for who I am, and does not try to change me
10.) He is the funniest dancer I know........and I am glad that I am the only one he dances for, but I really wish others could see it because it truly is HILARIOUS!!!
11.) He is the Christian man that my parents prayed that I would find
12.) He was worth EVERY one of the 7 years that we dated and those who say they will not wait that long for someone to marry them may JUST miss out on the wonderful blessings that come from waiting.

These are just a few of the reasons I am so glad that I married him. I am so grateful that he chose me to marry and cannot I imagine my life without him in it. I hope I get to spend atleast 80 more years with him!!!

that my husband had NORMAL working hours,

that my parents lived closer to me,

that my brother and his wife lived closer to me,

that my new puppy was potty trained,

that my car would buy itself new tires,

that it was football season already,

that i could force myself to order water everytime I went out to eat........$2 is too much to pay for a drink,

that people did not celebrate Christmas and Easter as RELIGIOUS holidays......and if they want to, i'd like for them to show me evidence of it in the Bible. Last time I checked Easter was not even on the same day every year...........idiots!!!

that there was a water park close to montgomery that is better than the one in Auburn,

that Christian woman would stop dressing like street walkers,

that people would not ay OMG.........that is so disrepectful to God,

that my best friends baby was alreay here for me to spoil :-),

is coming to see me this weekend. I am SUPER EXCITED!!! My dad is my BFF......seriously. I love him so much and cannot wait for him to be here for a WHOLE week. He as to leave the Monday after Easter because my sister-in-law is being induced Monday (march 29th). Oh well......he will only be gone for 2 weeks and then him and mom are coming back through Montgomery on their way back to jax. Here are a few pictures of my dad..........I just love him!

IS HAVING A BABY!!! I have been telling her for months.......scratch that YEARS that I was ready for her to have a baby. I know I know that is very selfish of me, I mean afterall it is her decision and not mine. So anyways she invited me over for lunch yesterday and gave me the GREAT news. I AM SO EXCITED that I do not know what to do with myself. This baby will ABSOLUTELY be spoiled rotten by me! I can promise you that. I have 3 nieces already and a nephew on the way that I NEVER get to see so this will hopefully make me not miss them so much. I need to throw in here that I think Taryn will be an INCREDIBLE mom. She is so great with kids............maybe not itty bitty babies, but when they get to be 2 she will be good to go ;-) I am so happy that I get to be here for all of her pregnancy stuff. I cannot wait to find out what she is having. I know what I hope she is having but I will keep that to myself so maybe I won't jinx it. Taryn, when you read this I just want you to know that I love you so much and I cannot wait for my new little niece of nephew to get here. This baby will be so loved. To baby Brodie........HURRY UP AND GROW ALREADY.......I WANT TO MEET YOU!!!

So today Started out with a bang! James called me while I was at work and told me that George had ran away.........um......EXCUSE ME??? Ran away??? George the dog that practically walks under my feet when I go outside, the dog who HATES to be by himself, the dog who last time he got out of the back yard fence went around to the front door and cried and barked until we found him at the front door?? At first I thought James was kidding......Which was not a funny joke!! I soon realized he was not kidding. He could barely talk and I could tell he was out of breath. When I realized he was not kidding I started crying! I mean this is my little buddy, my baby, my SON!! That may sound super dramatic, but I do not have kids............HE IS MY KID! I digress... So I said did you check our neighbors yard? he LOVES our neighbors dog LIZZY. He was not there. James is running around our neighborhood while I am on the phone bawling at work.I need to throw in here too that at this point he was crying. If you know James at all you know he is NOT A CRYER AT ALL! That should show you how much we LOVE this dog. So at this point it has been about 10 minutes since he has been looking for him and he is on the next street over. I all the sudden hear, "GEORGE COME HERE"!!! I was SO relieved. He was on the next street over about 6 houses down. He only weighs 6 pounds and he is just a little bitty puppy. That was a LONG way for him to run away. When James was trying to get him he thought James was trying to play with him and he kept on running. James finally got him and took him home. I asked James if he "spanked" him when he got home and he said he did. My favorite part of this story is that James said the "talking" he gave to george probably hurt George worse than his spanking. I asked him what he told him and he said, " I said to him George, WHY DID YOU RUN AWAY?? IS YOUR LIFE HERE THAT BAD"??? I laughed so hard because I can just hear him saying this to him. Anyways George is home safely and I am GLAD!

Isn't he just the CUTEST thing you have ever seen?? I would have seriously had to have been committed if something would have really happened to him!! So anyways I have some other exciting news involving this little puppy.......

That's how long I have been married. I can honestly say that it was the BEST day of my life! People kept telling me that I would be stressed but I really wasn't. I'm pretty sure that I was not a BRIDEZILLA either but you may want to check with taryn my BFF/MAID OF HONOR extraoidinerre (not sure how you really spell that). Taryn was AMAZING that weekend. She's always great but she understood that it was MY day and she did everything to make sure it was special and that I stayed calm. She worked her booty off too helping decorate the church. There are only two things I can think of that went wrong that weekend. Number one is that my mom FELL OFF OF THE STAGE at the church while helping decorate. Oh dear me if that did not just about make me have a heart attack. She really thought that she broke her arm/shoulder sp my brother took her to the hospital to get it x-rayed and THANK GOODNESS it was not broken. But oh my word was it BLACK & BLUE. Bless her heart she was so upset because she thought it was going to ruin the day. My mom may have been a BRIDEZILLA pre-stage fall but post-stage fall she calmed down Quite a bit. Anyways number two thing that did not go as planned was when Taryn was doing my hair the day of the wedding and my dad comes in and tells me the photographer (my uncle) may not make it because he has a SERIOUS family emergency and it could not be avoided. I was ok at this point because he said he would most likely be able to make it after the wedding and we could do pictures then, but my dad came back in the room about 10 minutes later and said that he most likely would not make it and that we could just use the cameras that people had there and take the pictures ourselves. OH MY WORD!!! Was he kidding??? Now that I know what my uncles situation was I would have TOTALLY understood him not making it but at the time I was SOOOO sad. I am pretty sure I cried for like 45 minutes straight and had to have my make-up re done. Did I mention that Taryn was the one that kept me calm during al of this?? Well to make a SHORT SOTRY LONG (haha), my uncle made it and all was well. The wedding was BEAUTIFUL and i was so happy to finaly be married and off to the HONEYMOON (wink wink). Married life is wonderful and I would not change a thing about it. Well I would let James work days instead of nights but with the economy the way it is I just thank God everyday that he has a job. So a couple of days ago I had taryn take some pictures of me and james. These are NOT engagement pictures but just some pictures I wanted taken so we would have some good pictures together to put put at the reception. I must say they turned out very well. I was so excited about them. So we are getting married in 11 days and I want to change the name of my blog but I have NO idea what to call it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. my last name will be powers so I am not too sure what I could do with that. Did I mention that I am getting married in ELEVEN days??? It is just right around the corner and believe it or not I am not stressed. I am just teady to be done with planning it. I just want to be married and be done with the wedding planning! If someone would have asked me what I would have been doing this past Saturday, Peeling down wallpaper probably would not have been what I said. Never-the-less that is what I did. When James bought his house from Ryan and Tammy he was so excited to get in there and paint and make it his own house. We painted the living room and Hallway pretty soon after he bought it and then he let me be in charge of the front Bathroom which I was SO thankful for. He said at Thanksgiving time he wouls like to start on the Kitchen right after the beginning of the year. So Friday night he says I want to paint the kitchen this weekend.
When James bought the house Ryan and Tammy had painted the kitchen Green and put up a border at the top of the wall. I loved the border, but if you are a single guy it just is not very "manly" I guess you could say. So at 10am saturday morning we started spraying on the loosening stuff for wall paper after James had put the holes in it with the SCORER thingy. We let that sit for 20 minutes like the instructions said to and what happened when we tried to peel if off...........NOTHING.........ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
Now I was trying to keep my cool because James was pretty furious that we had spent this money on stuff to take down wall paper and it was a RIP I tell ya!!! So I called my dad who can do ANYTHING house-wise and he said that stuff really does not help all that much. Keep in mind that it is about 12:00pm at this point and I am starving! Dad says all we can really do if we didn't have a steamer is just use warm water and see if that works. Well it worked alright but the pieces of wall paper were only coming off in what James liked to say "COMMUNION SIZE PIECES". Needless to say we were both pretty aggravated!!
At 1:30pm I was STARVING so I ordered Pizza and went to pick it up and left MR. GRUMPY PANTS there to continue. When I got back to his house he was still on the same spot he was on when I left and he was jsut a fussin when I walked in the door. We took a linch break for about 45 minutes and then got back to it. THe good thing for me was I have finger nails and I could get under there and get some pretty big pieces off. Not HUGE pieces, but atleast they were bigger than communion size pieces which is all James could get off because he has ZERO nails.
So we kept at it all day and did not take but about 3 five minute breaks and at 10:00pm we were DONE!!! Yes you read that correctly! We spent 12 hours of our Saturday peeling down a STUPID BORDER!!! That stuff had to have been glued on with CRAZY GLUE! Needless to say both of our arms were tired, our necks were hurting and my fingernails were sooooooo sore! But alas it was one and we were happy!!!
When I got home Saturday night I tool some tylenol and hit the hay! DIDn't take out my contacts (which I never do), didn't set my alarm and passed out! I woke up on Sunday morning at 8:03am and was stressing because church started in 30 minutes. I called James and told him I would not be at early service but would be there for Class and then I would just go to the late service. I was so sore and so tired that I guess I needed the extra sleep!!!
So guess what we are doing this weekend??? PAINTING! Oh that should be fun! The good part about peeling off wall paper all day with James was that we were in the same room all day and there was football on but it was in the background. We just had 12 hours to hang out and talk about who knows what! Can't wait to finally get it painted and be DONE with it!

This past weekend we went to Panama City Beach with some of the GREATEST people I know. I know it is October, but the weather could not have been more perfect. So what if Taryn and I got burnt to a crisp and the fella's didn't. There is a first time for everything. Who would have thought that WHITEY-McWHITERTONS would actually wear sunscreen??? Boy were she and I burnt though!! Whoa is me! Anyways, here are some of the pictures from our photo session. The BOYS behaved themselves and cooperated with us. on my BROTHER for a little while! We are only 20 months apart so all growing up we were very close! We hardly ever fought and we always had the same friends. He is on of the best friends that I have. After High school he joined the AriForce. I was so sad to see him go but was so proud of him for his decision. On September 11th, I cried and cried and cried because I knew what that meant for him. I knew he would have to go over seas and do his part. He was in Saudi Arabia for nine months and in Iraq for sometime too. THe whole time he was gone I missed him so much!!! He got back and realized that if he wanted to have a family, the military was not for him. He knew that he would not be able to stand being away from a family he wanted one day. So he did his 6 years and decided that he needed to take a different path. I just need to add in here that the military changed him somehow! I am not saying the military is bad, but for Nick it was. He was on a path that I did not like and did not approve of. He had no idea what he wanted to do with his life!! He had some random jobs and just tried doing the single thing for a while. He moved in with my cousins and started going to their church. He has always gone to church, but it seemed like after his military days he just went because he knew he should. Not because he really was that interested. He became really good friends with the preacher there and that is probably the best decision he could have made. He decided that he wanted to become a preacher. When he was in high school he had said it, but then it just kinda went away for a while. So anyways......there was a preaching school like 20 minutes from where he lived so he applied and started going there! I was so excited for him to begin this new chapter in his life. The preaching students went on a campaign to Louisiana and he FELL IN LOVE! No, not with LA......WITH A GIRL! Her name is Casie. He dated Casie for a couple months and they decided they were going to get married. She has two girls and they are just precious! I love Casie with all of my heart and believe she is the perfect fit for our family! They just had a little girl in August and I am completely in love with her!!! Nick is Graduating from Preaching School at the end of November and I wrote this whole long Post just to let him and everyone I know how Proud I am of him and the mad that he has become! He is a WONDERFUL Brother, a LOVING son, an AMAZING dad, a DEVOTED husband and just a GENUINE person! I love you Nick and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for you!

This past weekend James and I went to my brother and his wife's house. My parents and grandmother were there so that was an extra bonus for our trip! I guess I should start off my saying that James loves kids............that is when they are old enough to sit up and hold their head up. New babies make him nervous! He thinks they are little fragile things that you have to be sooo carful with! I mean that is true to a certain extent, but I mean come on! So my brother knows this about James and his favorite thing to do is to just throw Carly into James' arms to watch his reaction. Our first night there, she had just been fed and was as happy as could be so Nick gave her to James to hold. James, as always, was not pumped about it but he held her and they just had a good ole time. She was just staring at him (she has good taste might I add). He looks a little uncopmfortable in the pictures, but it got better as the weekend went on!

The first picture should have been the last one I posted! That was when his hand finally stopped being balled into a fist and he was ok with holding her!

Okay so I know this is not the best quality of picture, but just work with me! DO you have those people in your life that no matter what happens you know they will be there for you?? Well the people in this picture are those people for me! We have known each other for about 7 years now and I cannot imagine my life without them in it! I will tell you what I think is special about each one them.
Let's start with Tiffany. Tiffany and I met my second year of college at Faulkner. Our boyfriends were just beginning to be friends so Tiffany and I started hanging out as well. Most of the time we would just sit around and watch James and Joey be silly and for some strange reason that brought us closer. It is funny to think about all of the inside jokes we have with each other today. I love Tiffany and am so glad that she is in my life. The more we hang out still, the more I like her.
Then there is Joey. Oh Joey what can I say. HE could possibly be one of the funniest people that I know! When he and James get together they just absolutely CRACK ME UP! Joey and James used to live together while they were in school and so I got to know Joey very well. He is one of the best friends I have and I know that whenever I need his help with something he will be there for me! I love Joey!
Next we have my "BFF" Chris. I met Chris when Taryn and I lived together at Faulkner. I like to take credit for setting them up! I used to not be too sure about Chris because I though he was so quiet......not I wish he would hush sometimes (just messing). IT is scary how much alike Chris and I are. Taryn says we are twins separated at birth. Funny side note: when Chris' mom was pregnant she said if she had a girl she would name her Leslie Gail because her middle name is gail and her hubby's middle name is Leslie. WEll.....my name is Leslie Gayle because my mom's name is Gayle and my dad's middle name is Leslie. Weird I know! Chris and I have so much similar taste in things and guess that is why we get along so good. Good thing he is not a girl though because there is not enough room for TWO Leslie Gayle's. I love Chris like he is my brother and I am so glad Taryn married him so I can hang out with him ALL THE TIME and he makes Taryn happy and that is good enough for me!
Taryn is my Best Friend! I love her so much! WE roomed together my second year at Faulkner and her Third year. We had never really talked too much to each other before we moved in. WE just knew that the other one needed a roommate so we thought we would try it. I had SO MUCH FUN living with her. She is the best roommate I have ever had! WE are just a like in almost all of our thinking. WE are both tom-boyish with a girly side we let come out ever now and then. She started dating Chris about a month before I started dating James so we had that in common too. The four of us started hanging out then, and have not stopped since then. Taryn has nominated herself as my maid-of-honor when I get married and I would not it any other way! I love her so much and sm so glad we decided to take a chance and room together. I do not think there is a week that goes by that we do not hang out at least once. WE both have puppies and they are a year apart. They are bff's too! How cool is that!!! Taryn if you are reading this please do not ever move away or if you do please take me with you! I would miss you WAY too much! I love you!
Then there is my James. I love this man with all of my being. He is my everything. I can honestly say that James is the funniest person I know! There is rarely a minute when we are not laughing at each other. He never bores me and I guess that is a good thing. HE loves me for who I am and I can be a handful sometimes so I love him for taking me as I am. He is such a caring person. If someone needs something or some help with something, you can bet he will be there if there is any way possible. James and I have been dating for almost 6 years (on-and -off a little), but whatever. I would talk all of the off times again if that is what it took to makes sure he wanted to be with me and only me. I remember the first time he met my family he said he felt like he was already a part of it and I was so thankful for that! We have been through so much our 6 years together. We have had 4 grand parents die, and now we are dealing with a divorce that is hard to swallow but we are getting through it together and we are making it. James' commitment to God, his family, his friends, and me are what makes him the person he is today and I love him so much!
Well now that I have written a novel I guess I will sign off! I hope everyone has friends like these people! I love everyone of them and am so grateful that they are in my life and I get to call them my friends!!!

IF you have not seen this movie..........YOU NEED TO!!! Batman has always been my favorite super hero. I have all of the batman movies and I do not just let them go unwatched. I pull them out from time to time when I feel like I need my super-hero fix. This Batman movie was the talk of the town. I knew it was going to be good, because let's all admit it...they have all been good! What I did not know was how good it was going to be! James is a spider-man kinda guy so I am not sure how excited he was to see it but it was date night and I got to pick the movie so off we went! HE LOVED IT by the way! Christian Bale is such a good batman. Not sure about how he does his voice while in the batman suit, but I can overlook that I suppose. Heath Ledger was AMAZING to say the least!!! He was the Perfect Joker. He was scary and Hilarious all at the same time. I know they are going to have to make another one and I am just wondering who they might get to play the joker. Not sure Heath can be topped. Someone said Johnny Depp would be good, but I am not feeling it. So anywhoo, if you have not seen this movie.............GO SEE IT RIGHT NOW!!!

My sister-in-law, Casie, had her baby shower a couple weeks ago. It was so nice and she got so many cute things! I cannot tell you how excited I am about this baby! She can not get here fast enough for me! She is going to be so spoiled!!! I already have two nieces and I LOVE THEM, and sweet little carly is just going to add to the fun! Conner and Caelyn are going to be super big sisters! I think I am most excited to see my big brother be a DAD to a little bitty baby! He is so good with kids. So I have decided that my pet peeve is having to take a picture of myself where my arms show that I am, in fact, the one taking the picture!!! I am not sure why, but it annoys the MESS out of me! When James and I went to Vegas, it was just the two of us for the most part and we had to take all of our own pictures. You may wonder why we did not just ask someone to take the picture for us! Well, James does not like to ask people to do that and he would not let me ask people to do it, because he did not want to be a bother to other "TOURIST......I mean VACATIONERS". So most of our pictures are of us holding the camera up for ourselves (trying not to let out arms be seen, but come on they are so close up that you know we took them ourselves), or taking pictures of each other. That is not fun cause we went on the trip together so I wanted to be in pictures together. So anyways we were out one day and we were taking each other's picture in front of a random hotel in Vegas and the sweetest little old man came up and asked if we wanted him to take our picture together (hallelujah)!!!!!!!!! Yes we wanted him to! I wanted him to join us on the trip and take all of our pictures together, but alas.........he did not! He told us that he and his wife used to travel a lot and had pictures of pretty much just each other by themselves and he always said that if he saw people doing that he would offer to take their picture together so later in life when they looked back on their travels, they would remember their times "TOGETHER" What a sweet little man! This is my niece Conner. She just started playing soccer this year and I am so excited about that. I played all through middle and high school and I played on the first ever soccer team at Faulkner. When I heard she was playing soccer I was sad that I was not closer to her so we can play together and I can teach her some stuff. She has had two practices so far (I think). I cannot wait to see her play! The first game I can, I WILL BE THERE! Doesn't she look sooooooo cute in her outfit!!!!!

So my brother and his wife Casie are having a baby! Whoo-hoo! They already have two girls and suprise suprise this one is a girl too! I am sooooooo excited! Little girls are so much fun to go shopping for! I have already spent too much money on the baby, but whatever............ISN'T THAT WHAT AUNTS ARE SUPPOSED TO DO????? Well that is what this one is gonna do. Their other two girls are Conner and Caelyn. They are something else......let me tell you! They have two of the funniest personalities. So James and I are going to Las Vegas March 25 - 29. NO WE ARE NOT GETTING MARRIED!!! Do you seriously think I would wait this long to elope to Las Vegas??? UMMMMMM..................NO WAY! Anyways moving on. When we were in Chrorus at Faulkner we did a tour from Montgomery to California and back. We sang at a church right outside of Vegas. We really only got to drive down the strip and go to one little gift Shop. We said that if we ever had the chance to go back we would. So we won this trip and we are SOOOOO excited. We have friends that live like 10 minutes outside of Vegas so they are going to hang out with us and take us to do things and so on! Please pray for a safe flight there and back and safety while we are there! Viva Las Vegas!!!

I just wanted to take a minute to talk about the ladies in my family and in my life.
This picture is not all of the girls of the family, but it is a good most of them on my mom's side of the family. I LOVE THESE WOMEN. They bring joy to my heart and a smile to my face. No everything is not always peaches - n - cream, but I love them none the less. We are family and NOTHING will ever change that!!!!! My grandmother (let's call her the matriarch) is without a doubt one of the best women I know. She will go out of her way to do anything for anyone. Yes she is opinionated and yes she can be stubborn, but can't we all? I look up to her on so many levels. She is my world. Then there is Aunt Donna. She is seriously my second mother and I would not trade her for anything in the world. She has done so much for me and my family. I lovingly call her my BFF. That is what she is to me and I to her. She is a nut too. When she thinks something is funny she will go on about it for years ( seriously......YEARS), but that is why I love her. Then there is aunt Sherri. She is my mom's youngest brother's wife. She is such a sweet lady. I am so glad that we are getting close again. After I moved to Alabama I was not able to see her much, but when I go home now she is always there with the family. I cannot tell you how happy about this I am. Then there is Gloria. She is my mom's cousin. My second cousin. This woman is probably the nicest and sweetest person that I know. I cannot tell you how many times that she has helped a person out when she was really the one that needed help. I have never met a more giving person in my life and I am so glad that I can call her family. She is a trip and I love it! Then there's Rachel, Annie and Kels. These are my cousins. They are probably the 3 most fun people EVER! I am so close to them it is rediculous. We seriously are like sisters.............and we fight like it too. Not so much anymore, but Oh we used to. I know that I can tell any one of the three anything I want to and they will keep my secret till the day they die. I would trust them with my life. Growing up we seriously did everything together, and now that we are older it sometimes makes me sad that we do not live closer to each other. But things will never change between us no matter what. Everytime we are together all we do is laugh and cut up and remember all the fum we had as kids and what fun we are having in our lives now. I LOVE YOU THREE MORE THAN YOU WILL EVER KNOW. The little girl is Marley and she is my cousin Kelly's little girl. So precious. There are girls not in the picture. Brittany (my cousin adam's wife). I have grown to love her and appreciate her so much since she has been a part of our family. She made me nervous at first because she was so quiet, but now she talks and that makes me happy. She is an awesome person. Then there is Casie and her girls Conner and Caelyn. I could not have asked for a better sister-in-law and nieces. I love them so much already and am so excited that i get to call casie my sister. she is HILARIOUS too! I also have three little red-headed cousins that I do not see anymore. I love them so much and miss them more and more everyday. That is a long story but I just want them to know that I think about them everyday! Last but not least is my MOM! She truly is one of the best friends I have. We talk about everything and I have never been scared to tell her anything. She is the best role-model I could have ever hoped for and I am so glad that God chose her to be my mom. I do not know what I would do without her. She is a great Mother-in-law and also a terriffic MIMI. I wish I had her talents, but none of those were inherited. Man is she talented!! Mom, I love so much!!! I failed to mention that all of these women are Christian women. For that I am so thankful. They exemplify the virtuous woman talked about in proverbs so much!!
Now that I have bored everyone so much I hope you all have a great day and remember tell your family how much you appreciate them because you never know when you may not have the chance!!!

Nick and Casie got this for George for Christmas and ha loves it! It looks tight on him, but it is just his fuz. It you feel of it he has plenty of room and it is almost too big. Christmas this year was wonderful! We spent it at my mom and dad's house. Christmas is always loud and crazy at our house but I am not sure it could get any better. Nick, Casie and the girls were there this year. James did not get to come cause he had to work (boo), but we called him and told him we were missing him. I had to leave on Christmas day because I had to work the next day but it was a fun filled weekend and I have the BEST FAMILY EVER!

Chris and Taryn invited James and I to go to an Alabama game with them. The main reason we wanted to go was to see the stadium. I would like to add that they have a beatiful stadium, but that is as nice as I will go. We went to the game vs. LA Monroe. Alabama did not play a very good game and it was a little tough for James and I not to cheer in excitement that they were losing. Over-all we were glad we went to the game. It is always fun to hang out with Chris and Taryn, but it is even better to watch ALABAMA lose!!!!!

ME! So sorry to be such a terrible blogger but I really like to blog and put up pictures at the same time and I am missing my cord that goes from my camera to my computer so that is just a real bummer. Things are good at my house. George has been to the Vet twice and now weighs in at a whopping 2.4 pounds. He got groomed the other day and he looks so pretty. James and I got a Chtistmas tree and it is so pretty................and HUGE. When we went to pick it out we just loved it because it was the perfect shape and had no holes in it. When we got it back to his house it was so big. It is 9 feet tall and about 1000 feet wide. He said it looks like the Griswald's tree from Christmas Vacation. It really doesn't. We love it! James is taking me to see Peter Pan this weekend for my Birthday. We are also going out to eat with our Best Friends Chris and Taryn that night. Chris' B-day is December 30 and Mine is November 22 and we Both wanted ShoGun so we figured we would kill two birds with one stone. I guess that is all I have for right now. Hope everyone has a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Okay! So I have had George for almost a week and I must say he is probably the greatest dog ever! He is so sweet and cuddly. He has not used the bathroom inside yet and I think that is pretty impressive. Everytime I take him outside and he potty's I give him a treat when we get back inside and I think this is working really well. At night he sleeps in his kennel (this is until I am sure he is fully potty trained. After that he will sleep on the bed with me but for right now he is so small too. I am afraid I might roll on top of him and hurt him. I guess he will be m a lot of my blog subjects because although I do not have kids......he is my BABY!!! The two pictures are of him bundled up in my sheets on my bed (he loves to be cozy), and the other is of him on the back of James' couch. He thinks he is a big boy! James loves my puppy and that is a good thing because George Pepper thinks James is is best friend! That's all for now!

This is my new little puppy George Pepper! You may be wondering why his name is George Pepper so I will tell you. James had a black toy poddle when he was little and it was a girl and her name was pepper. So when I was trying to think of a name for my dog james kept telling me to name him pepper. I told him I was not naming my BOY dog pepper. So when I finally decided on George I told james I would call him george pepper as a joke and it just kinda stuck. I think I will only use his middle name when I get mad at him, but as you can see from the pictures there is not way you can get mad at something that cute!!! He is almost nine weeks old and he weighs about 3 lbs. He is my little baby! He is doing so good with his potty training and has not used to bathroom inside once! He sleep all night until about 5:30 when he needs to go out and then we come back inside he eats breakfast then we sleep until about 6:30. He is PRECIOUS!!!!!

My friends and I had our Halloween Party a couple days ago and we had such a blast. There were about 15 of us there. We at dinner then played halloween twister. Halloween Twister is the same as realy twister just with halloween symbols on the mat. It was so funny to watch the guys play. Most of them are not very limber so needless to say us girls got a kick out of it. I made candy apples for the party because that is my favorite fall food. I used black food coloring and gummy worms to make them look Halloweenish. They made our mouths turn black but they were so good so it was well worth it. I finally got my mom and dad to go to an Auburn game with me and James. Mom was less than thrilled about going to see Auburn play but since we wanted her to go she caved in. I have to say she did cheer for them a little bit, but my dad on the other hand was out of control! He was living it up that day. He wore and Auburn shirt and he even yelled WAR EAGLE a number of times. I was so proud of him. He is still a gator fan, but hey everybody has atleast one fault and I think that is his only. Mom had a good time although she will never admit it. We stood right by the eagles cage when they let her out to fly and mom and dad thought that was the coolest thing since sliced bread. I am so glad they came to visit. Me and james always have such a good time when they are here and he is more excited than me probably cause mom always cooks him whatever he wants...........HE IS SPOILED BY HER!!! I took the girls out to eat at Applebees one night and then we went to Claire's (they recently got their ears pierced so earring is all they think about these days), and then we went to the dollar store to get some candy. While in there they saw the bubba teeth and had to have them so when I took them home we visited a little while and took some very entertaining pictures. Darch was cracking me up because the teeth kept falling out of her mouth and she was just cracking herself up. I love these girls so much and I have the best time when I get to hang out with them. My Camera is Missing!!!

So I know I have not posted in a while and I hear about it everyday it seems like (tammy). Not too much new is going on in my world these days! James and I have Auburn season tickets this year so that pretty much takes up all of my weekends! This weekend, however, was the Auburn/Florida game and it was away so I had a free weekend! Let me just say on this subject that I was so glad that Auburn won because now hopefully everyone will stop saying how bad they are. I also hope that people will stop judging Brandon Cox so much. I mean seriously!!! He is my boyfriend and things are not good between us when he is sad! I would also like to send out a bif WAR EAGLE to the fam.......they know who they are (the gator fans). Anyways since we had a free weekend, james and I decided to go to the FARM. We got to see the Dixon's and The Adams Family so it was a lot of fun! I have two neices and they are cute little girls. I took some really cute pictures while we were there but I could not fine my camera when it was time to leave so it will be a while before I can post some pictures. It was a great weekend and the best part about it was we got to eat at Sonny's Twice! Did I mention that Mikey was there? I love that kid!!!!! I also have decided to start selling Mary Kay so if anyone is interested just let me know and I can hook you up! As I write I keep remembering things that are new that I had forgot about. I got a promotion at work so that is soooo exciting for me. I amthe Records Manager so I have a lot of responsibility and I really love what I am doing now. It iw way better than being a stinky runner! I also decided to buy an old school Nintendo. It is soooo much fun! I am going to try and get a Power pad and all of that good stuff so get your fingernails ready Liz (hope you remember clicking them as you did the Power Pad). That is all for now! James and I got season Tickets to the Auburn games again this year! These are somt pictures I took at the Kansas State game. If you have never been to a game you should really check it out! I am hooked on Auburn football, to the dissaointment of my family (gator fans)! Oh well such is life!!! I know this game started out a little rough but it was all worth it in the end! Me and james were jumping around acting a fool and I am pretty sure we were some of the only sober ones in there! It was so loud in there! I have never heard anything quite like it ever! It was louder than the LSU game last year! James said it was the loudest he has ever heard and he has been to a lot of games......anyways I hope youguys enjoy the pictures and WAR EAGLE!

This past weekend, James and I got to go and visit with his sister and brother-in-law. We don't get to see them as much as we would like to, but when we do we have so much fun! Friday night we ate Mexican and then went cosmic Bowling and then Saturday we went 4-wheeling and then played softball! These are some of the pictures from the 4-wheel riding. Fun With The Camera Timer

So for some reason our favorite thing to do at David and Rachel's house is to play with the camera timer! We set it up on the Tv and stand in the back and wait for the light to start flickering! When we think it is about time to jump we do and as you can tell by the pictures we have sooo much fun! We probably do it for a good hour and a half to two hours! The best part is watching it pop up on the TV as soon as we are done! Every picture we take we try to make it better than the last picture! Good Times.......Good Times!!
